WHAT WE COLLECT Name, Turkish ID number (for invoicing and legal obligations), e-mail, phone and address provided during registration and ordering; your orders, payment matching data and contract approval records; IP, session and cookie records generated during site use. PAYMENT SECURITY For bank transfer/EFT we only see the sender name, amount and description of the transfer received in our account; this is used to match the payment to your order. When card payment is offered, your card data is not stored on our site and is not visible to us; payment is completed with 3D Secure on the secure page of a licensed payment institution. SECURITY MEASURES Site traffic is protected by encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes. Access to personal data is limited to authorised staff and logged. Your contract approvals are stored together with a copy of the text and transaction details at the time of approval. Security controls are applied against suspicious transactions and fraud attempts. COOKIES Our site uses strictly necessary cookies (session, cart, security); non-essential cookies run only with the consent you give in the cookie panel. THIRD PARTIES Your data is shared only for delivery (carrier), invoicing (accountant and e-invoice integrator), hosting and e-mail delivery services, and with competent authorities where legally required. DATA BREACH If a security breach affecting your personal data is detected, the Personal Data Protection Board and you are notified as soon as possible as required by law. ACCESS TO CONTRACT TEXTS The Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement you approved at the time of ordering are stored by us and sent to you by e-mail; members can access these texts under "My Orders" for the statutory retention period.
