Delivery and Shipping

DELIVERY TIME Orders whose payment has reached our account are delivered within the period stated in the order summary and in any event no later than 30 days from receipt of the order. In practice, orders are dispatched within {{TESLIMAT_GUN}} business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times stated in advertising and on product pages are consistent with this commitment. CARRIER AND FEES Shipments are made via {{KARGO_FIRMASI}}. {{KARGO_UCRET_ACIKLAMA}} Any shipping fee is shown in the order summary before payment; no additional cost not shown there is charged. INSURANCE AND RISK All precious-metal products are shipped insured and with declared value. Loss and damage until delivery to you is our responsibility. Please inspect the parcel on receipt and have the courier draw up a report if damaged. TRACKING When your order is dispatched, the tracking number is sent by e-mail; members can also track it under "My Orders". RECEIPT Delivery is made to the address and person stated in the order form. Identity may be verified. Delivery is available within the Republic of Türkiye. FAILURE TO DELIVER If an order is not delivered on time you may terminate the contract, in which case the full amount you paid, including delivery costs, is refunded within 14 days with statutory interest.
