Commercial Electronic Message Consent

This text explains, under Articles 6-8 of the Electronic Commerce Law No. 6563 and the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages, the scope of your consent to commercial electronic messages sent by Akpınar Altın ve Kıymetli Madenler San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.. Consent is optional, is not a condition of ordering or membership, and is obtained with a separate checkbox that is never pre-ticked. SCOPE OF CONSENT If you consent, Akpınar Mücevherat may send you commercial electronic messages containing campaigns, discounts, new product and collection announcements, special-day reminders and promotional content through the channels you select (e-mail / SMS / call). Consent may be given per channel. MESSAGES NOT REQUIRING CONSENT Order status, payment confirmation, shipping and delivery notifications, sending of the contract and invoice, and account security notifications are informational messages relating to the product and service you purchased and are not subject to consent (Law No. 6563, Art. 6/1, last sentence). RIGHT TO REFUSE You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge, via the "unsubscribe" link in every message, the opt-out instruction in SMS, your account settings, info@akpinaraltin.com or the Message Management System (iys.org.tr). Your refusal is processed within 3 business days of receipt at the latest and messaging stops. IYS Your consent is recorded in the Message Management System (IYS) as required by law; consent and refusal records are kept for 3 years from the date the consent ends. The contact detail you provided and the date of consent are stored in the record. PERSONAL DATA The legal basis for processing your contact and preference data is explicit consent under Art. 5/1 of Law No. 6698; details are provided in the Personal Data Protection Notice.
